Khamtrul Rinpoche´s Message on Media Coverage

My regards to all the Drukpa spiritual family,

Recently we prepared an article for the Bhutan government owned national Newspaper - Kuensel - on the First ADC, so that we can develop awareness on the different Drukpa Lineage holders in the world and also to develop awareness of the ADC and our 800 over years' lineage.

I hope that all the Drukpa Centers can also start similar awareness campaign in their parts of the world. The First Annual Drukpa Council will be a historical event, and we are fortunate to have the blessing and guidance of His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa. So we should try our utmost ability make this historical event extremely successful so that our 800 over years of spiritual legacy will continue to live for another 800 years and more!

By looking in to our own life and appreciating whatever understanding of life and happiness we have been able to develop due to the kindness of His Gyalwang Drukpa and other Drukpa Masters, we have to take a firm vow to share this Lineage, share our great Master and great teachings with all sentient beings. So I urge and request all the Drukpas to work with renewed effort in our own practices and as well as to benefit other through the success of Annual Drukpa Council and various endeavors.

I will ask the ADC webmaster to create a section in the ADC website where links to all the media about Annual Drukpa Council will be put up. Please provide Jigme Choedzin (info@drukpa.com) with the media links that you have contributed in your part of the world.

My prayers and good wishes to everyone in the Drukpa centers.
